The Principals’ Conference: Our Annual Gathering for School Leadership
The Educate Together Principals’ Conference is a flagship event in our annual calendar, bringing together school leaders from across the Educate Together network. This conference is a dedicated space for professional development, collaboration, and strengthening our shared mission.
Purpose of the Conference
Our Principals’ Conference is designed to:

Foster Collaboration: Connect principals from across the network to share best practices, challenges, and successes in a supportive environment.

Provide High-Quality CPD: Deliver relevant and inspiring professional development on the latest educational leadership, policy, and pedagogical developments.

Reinforce Our Ethos: Deepen our collective understanding and commitment to the Educate Together model of equality-based, co-educational, child-centred, and democratically-run education.

Build Community: Strengthen the bonds and sense of shared purpose among the leaders at the heart of our school communities.

Inform and Strategise: Engage with Educate Together’s national office on key strategic priorities, policy updates, and the future direction of the movement.
Each year, the conference focuses on a timely and relevant theme, featuring expert speakers, interactive workshops, and ample opportunity for networking.
