Educate Together is delighted to confirm that Firhouse Educate Together Secondary School will stay on the Firhouse Educate Together National School / Gaelscoil an Giúise shared campus for the 2020/2021 school year and will not now be relocated to Citywest.
Educate Together would like to acknowledge the significant efforts of our education partners in an Foras Pátrúnachta and the Department of Education and Skills in finding a workable accommodation solution for the school. This work is greatly appreciated. Thanks also to the public representatives, staff, students and families and members of the community who made their voices heard on the need to keep Firhouse ETSS in the Firhouse community.
Finally, the Educate Together national office thanks both Gaelscoil na Giúise and Firhouse Educate Together National School for their welcoming and generous offers to continue to house the Firhouse ETSS community.
A permanent home for Firhouse Educate Together Secondary School is to be built on Old Court Road in Firhouse.
