Limerick School Project

Planning for establishing Limerick School Project started in 1986 when a small group of parents from Limerick City and its environs who were interested in having a multi-denominational, child centred, co-educational and culturally inclusive school for their children. The school opened its doors in September 1989. It is an equality-based, co-educational, democratically-run and child-centred national school based in Limerick city in Limerick. Limerick School Project is state-funded and teaches the National Curriculum. It is a non-fee-paying school that is open to students of all backgrounds.
