Educate Together's National Forums are organised by the National Office and give members the opportunity to contribute directly and help direct policy development on key educational and organisational issues.
The principle of democracy is a founding tenet of Educate Together. The organisation was established by educationalists whose original vision for a new type of school which embraced parental participation, still holds true today. As the Educate Together network has grown, it has evolved new ways of engaging with its membership and the broad parental base. Apart from the organisation's Annual General Meeting, a number of meetings for its members are held every year - these meetings are called National Forums.
