Educate Together Annual General Meeting: Notice to Members

All members of Educate Together are hereby notified of the 2008 Company AGM. Members are asked to publicise these details widely in their school communities and to encourage active participation in the AGM, the most important event in the sector calendar. Further details of the AGM will be circulated to members in due course.

Educate Together AGM: Company Business

Jan 25th  – All members are invited to submit policy motions, nominations for Directors and Officers (Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary) of Educate Together for the 2008 AGM

March 7th  - Closing date for return of policy motions*

March 14th – Preliminary Agenda (i.e. list of motions received) to issue to members, inviting members to submit amendments

April 18th – Closing date for amendments/ closing date for nominations to board

May 2nd – Circulation of Final Agenda, Company papers (Accounts, etc)

May 24th – AGM – Adamstown Castle ETNS, Lucan, Co. Dublin

*All motions, amendments and nominations submitted must be signed by the Chairperson of the Board of Management (or local Patron body where applicable) and sent by post to the National Office. Motions, amendments and nominations may be emailed to the National Office: agm@educatetogether.ie , but these will be accepted subject to properly authorised hard copy arriving within 5 working days. Closing dates refer to close of business on the day in question (6pm).
